Stylish Cafe

The interior design project, led by Bapu Saheb Kharade at Spray Tech Pvt Ltd in Thane (2009), spanned 4000 sq. ft. and involved an expense of ₹25 Lakhs. Here are the key elements and details of the work:

Project Highlights:

1. Reception Area in Main Lobby: The design emphasized a welcoming and professional reception area.

2. R&D Cabin: Created for research and development purposes, the cabin was designed with functionality in mind.

3. MD Cabin: A primary focus, the Managing Director’s cabin featured:

   • A resting area and washroom with a bathtub.

   • A walking wardrobe with a safe and secure storage for important documents.

4. Glass Panel Building: The existing building featured glass panels, which posed challenges related to privacy and light. To address this, Kharade provided a thoughtful design solution.

5. Surveillance Setup: The MD's cabin had no prior CCTV surveillance, so the team installed a complete surveillance system to ensure security.

Material and Style:

• The project used both traditional and modern materials, staying within the budget.

• Italian marbles were a key component of the design, adding luxury and elegance to the overall structure.

Inauguration:

The project was inaugurated by Eknath Shinde, the current Chief Minister of Maharashtra.

This project showcases how modern design principles, combined with practical features like surveillance, can meet both aesthetic and functional requirements within a corporate setting.
