Elegant Office

the interior renovation project for Pressure Wall Manufacturing Company, located in Rabale. The total expenditure for the project was ₹40 lakhs, covering an area of 5000 sq. ft. The focus of the project was to convert an old building into a modern, retreat-style office, offering a blend of comfort, functionality, and elegance.

Key Challenges and Features:

One of the primary challenges was the transformation of an old building into a sleek, modern office space. The team successfully introduced a centralized air conditioning system, which enhanced the comfort and ambiance of the workspace. Additionally, CCTV surveillance was implemented to ensure the security of the office premises.

Capacity and Accommodation:

The newly renovated office can comfortably accommodate 50 people, making it a suitable environment for collaboration and business operations. The redesign not only improved the aesthetic value but also focused on functionality, ensuring that the space meets the modern needs of a corporate office environment.

The office design caters to various functional needs, providing all necessary facilities for meetings and discussions. A fine dining area was incorporated to offer a comfortable and relaxed environment for both employees and executives. Separate areas were specifically designed for employees and the MD/CO of the organization, maintaining privacy and optimizing the space for different activities.

In summary, the project was a well-rounded solution that integrated both modern design elements and functional facilities, offering an upgraded space for the company's daily operations.
